  • Laughter Yoga is a global phenomenon developed in India and is practised in over 100 countries. It combines breathing and laughter exercises that oxygenate the body and brain and make one feel more healthy and energetic.

  • Therapeutic laughing has been demonstrated to improve mental health. Indeed, several studies looked at the predictive power of laughter as a diagnostic tool in the start and progression of depression and, perhaps, neuropsychiatric diseases.

  • This practice is cost-effective, less time consuming, and the quickest method of reducing stress and improving your efficiency and performance. It is easy to practice and anyone can do it.

  • There are many laughter therapy practices that you can exercise if you want to practice laughter therapy. Today, we present you a snippet of few laughter exercises which you can follow regularly as shown in the video below by our instructor. So go ahead and give it a try.

Turn the corners of your mouth up into a smile and then just laugh, even if it feels a little forced. Once you've had sufficient laughter time, check on how you're feeling?
