Storing your emotions means concealing your deepest feelings. It occurs when you avoid expressing how you truly feel. There's a worry of appearing weak, or you simply want to keep your emotions to yourself, which is natural. Many people are frequently confronted with overpowering emotions only to react as if they never existed in the first place. It's something we feel obligated to do, but it's also something we find too time-consuming in our already overburdened environment. When we don't vent or share how we're feeling, it has a negative impact on our minds and bodies.
So, while it's crucial to recognise and express your emotions, it is equally important to be able to identify that the struggle is real and what kind of harm you're doing to yourself by burying your feelings.

There is no better way to communicate your feelings than by talking to someone. Have a ranting session with a pal, with whom you can cry over it or even laugh about it. Another highly recommended option for receiving help is to speak with a psychotherapist or counsellor.
There are numerous things that may be done to cope with unresolved emotions and feelings, but they must be done correctly.
Express yourself, as much as possible. You are free to cry as much as you want and laugh as loudly as you want. Emotions aren't designed to be pressed, so quit doing so.
